Dylan's journey

Dylan, our owner and co-founder, discovered her passion for fishing in 2010, a pursuit that helped her connect with the memory of her late husband, Tony. Embracing the solace and joy found in fishing, Dylan's love for the sport grew, inspiring her to address the gap she noticed in women's fly fishing gear. This realization led to the creation of She's Fly, a venture she embarked on with Emily, fueled by shared experiences and a vision for inclusivity in outdoor activities.

Apart from her dedication to She's Fly, Dylan is an Agile Solutions Architect, balancing her professional life with her love for nature, music, travel, and quality time with her pets and loved ones in Fort Collins, CO.

Emily's path

Emily, co-founder of She's Fly, carries the essence of the Colorado mountains in her spirit, deeply connected to the natural world and an advocate for the preservation of National Parks and Public Lands. Her unconventional interests from a young age showcased her determination to defy expectations, leading her to a variety of adventurous pursuits.
